Shipping Costs & Delivery Conditions
Emmanuela-schmuck.de can serve customers throughout Germany and worldwide. The jewellery is delivered in secure packaging that protects the contents during transport.
For shipments within Germany
The jewellery that you order in Germany will be delivered to your doorstep by employees of our affiliated courier company. The shipping costs are € 8.90 and are fixed regardless of the number of items per order. As a result, ordering more than one item per order is more economical than placing separate orders.
Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days from the day you order.
For shipments outside of Germany
Orders for destinations outside Germany are always carried out by DHL Express International Courier and delivered quickly within 2-8 working days from the day of your order.
In particular in countries of the European Union and the USA, delivery takes place within 5 days of the order date and costs only € 8.90 per order. In other countries, delivery can take up to 7 days.
The value of the shipping costs is always constant regardless of the number of items per order. As a result, ordering more than one item per order is more economical than placing separate orders.
Each jewellery is packed in a luxury gift box at no extra charge and comes with a high quality paper bag so you can donate it like you would in a nature shop!
- In exceptional cases, the delivery of your order may take additional time. In these cases we will inform you of the expected delivery day before the package is dispatched. No product is bound without a nominal order.
- For jewellery orders that are out of stock, you should contact us for information on availability and delivery time. In most cases these products will not take longer than 10 days to deliver.
- If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.), we will contact you to let us know whether you would like to complete your order.
