Our Return Policy

Hassle-free returns!

Returns are accepted by us within 30 days of receipt and fully refunded using the original payment method. The item (s) must be in the same condition as when they were received, unused, worn, contaminated, or in any condition other than the original, and the security label must remain intact. We will refund the price at which you purchased the item, including special offers or discounted items. We will not reimburse any postal charges for return postage. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so we recommend that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage or loss. Returns of items that do not meet our return policy will not be returned by us and will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please pack the item (s) in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged in transit and send the package to the above address using a delivery service of your choice. The items you return are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. We therefore ask you to ensure that they are correctly packaged and that they reach their destination.

How will I be reimbursed?

As soon as your item arrives at our returns department in Germany, your return will be processed. Once processed, your refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for your order. We would like to point out that returns are generally received and processed within 14 days and advise you to keep the proof of the return until you have received confirmation by email that your return is being processed.

Cancellation and exchange

Should you discover that you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As we ship quickly, your order may no longer be canceled; in this case please follow the instructions for a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange for online purchases, we recommend that you return the item (s) for a refund and place a new order.
