In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order with us. Please send the item back to us within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging with proof of purchase and shipping slip and we will be happy to refund the purchase price. You are legally required to take proper care of the items while they are in your possession.

If you would like a refund under our return policy, we will refund the price you paid for the items. Please note, however, that the law allows us to reduce the amount of the refund in the event that the item's depreciation is caused by your handling of the item in a way that a store would not allow. We will also reimburse you for all shipping costs that you paid us for sending the item to you, however, as permitted by law, the reimbursement amount will not exceed the cost of delivery via the cheapest delivery method we offer.

Please note that if your order is exchanged, a refund will be made and a new order will have to be placed. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you send your order via a delivery service with confirmation of receipt. We cannot take responsibility for items that have been sent by you and are lost in transit. For all returns, except if the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly by us, you must arrange for the item to be returned to us and pay the costs.

We will refund the price of the item as soon as we have received all of the above information, and in any case no later than 10 days after we have received the item from you. The original price will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. Should there be any problem with your refund, our customer service team will contact you.

Customers have the legal right to cancel an order at any time within 14 days of receiving the item and return the item for a full refund. However, we are happy to offer you the option of returning an unsatisfactory online purchase within an extended period of up to 30 days.

This return policy does not apply to defective or damaged items, or items incorrectly sent to you; these items are treated separately in the "Defective and Damaged Items" section below.

Cancellation and exchange

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As we ship quickly, it may no longer be possible to cancel your order; In this case, please follow the instructions under 'Returns'. Please also follow these instructions for an exchange. It is usually quicker to reorder an item than to return it for an exchange, so please follow the instructions above while ordering the item you want instead. We know that means two transactions on your credit card, but we think it will give you the item you want, faster.

If an engraving or repair service was requested for your item, you cannot cancel the order after we have already started work. This does not apply to repairs that you have ordered from us for defective or damaged items.

Defective and damaged items

Should you receive an item in your order that is defective, damaged, or not the same as the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You must return all defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items to us within 30 days of receipt. You can then choose to get the item replaced, have it repaired, exchange it for a different item, or get a refund. We will help you resolve any problem as soon as possible.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us, we will refund the full purchase price, along with any delivery charges incurred and any reasonable costs incurred in getting the item back to you.

Delivery and duties

Please see our Free Shipping page for information on delivery times and costs. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver items or services within the specified times. However, delivery times and dates, where indicated, are a general guide only and we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will try to deliver the items to the address you have given for delivery or, if no delivery address has been given, to the billing address of the credit card you have given. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the delivery and if the items are held in the delivery service branch or other postal service depots because no one was home when the delivery was made, then it is your responsibility to collect the items quickly . It is important that the addresses you give us are correct.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes or military bases. Sometimes it may not be possible for us to deliver to certain countries; if we receive an order with a delivery address outside the specified areas, our customer service team will contact you.

* Please note that any customs duties and / or handling fees incurred in shipping your package internationally must be paid by you as we cannot be held responsible for them.

Purchase or service contract

The description of the articles, services, prices, currencies, sales tax and delivery costs are given on the order page. The promotion of items and services on this website is an 'invitation to submit an offer'. This means that your order is an offer and a purchase contract between you and us is only concluded when you receive the e-mail with the 'order confirmation' from us. In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to fulfill an order we have accepted, the original price will be returned to your credit card and we will notify you by email. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.

These terms and conditions cannot be changed except by changes made by us on the website, which we make from time to time. Proposed changes to the GTC will be communicated to you by email or marked for your information when you register for a new session on the website.
